1. Nature of ServicesAll services provided by Vikram Sansaniwal are customized, strategy-based, and time-intensive digital services. Due to the nature of digital work and resource allocation, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Advance Payments
All advance payments made for: Website Development , Funnel Development, Landing Page Design, Paid Ads Setup, Digital Marketing Strategy Consultation Services are non-refundable once the project has been initiated. Project initiation includes (but is not limited to):Requirement discussion Strategy planning , Wireframing, Design mockups, Domain/hosting setup, Ad account setup, Research & competitor analysis. Once work has started, the advance covers time, expertise, and resource allocation.
3. Milestone-Based ProjectsFor projects structured in milestones:Payments completed for a milestone are non-refundable once that milestone has been delivered.If a client chooses to discontinue the project midway, payment for completed work remains non-refundable.Any remaining unpaid milestone will not be invoiced if work has not yet started.
4. Paid Advertising SpendFor Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other paid advertising platforms:Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms is strictly non-refundable.Management fees are non-refundable once campaign setup and optimization work has commenced.Performance-based expectations (leads, sales, ROI) depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, offer quality, competition, and budget. No guaranteed results are promised unless explicitly mentioned in a signed agreement.
5. Delays or Non-Response from ClientIf a project is delayed due to lack of response, missing content, or delayed approvals from the client for more than 30 days: The project may be paused. Payments already made will remain non-refundable. Restarting the project may require an additional fee.
6. Exceptional Circumstances - Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Vikram Sansaniwal. Any approved refund, if applicable, may be subject to deductions for: Work completed, Third-party costs, Payment gateway charges, Administrative expenses. “If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.”
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes - Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. We encourage clients to contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we can resolve concerns promptly.
