Services Offered - Vikram Sansaniwal provides digital services including but not limited to: Website Design & Development, Funnel Development, Landing Page Creation, Paid Advertising Setup & Management ,Digital Strategy Consulting, Conversion Optimization. All services are customized based on client requirements and agreed scope.
2. Service Agreement & Scope
Before any project begins: Scope of work will be defined via written communication (email, proposal, invoice, or contract). Only the agreed deliverables will be executed. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees. Scope changes must be approved in writing.
3. Payments & FeesA non-refundable advance payment is required before project initiation.Remaining payments must be made as per agreed milestones.Work may be paused if payments are delayed.Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received.All pricing is communicated in advance and agreed upon before starting.
4. Refund Policy -
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy page. Due to the nature of digital services: Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Completed milestones are non-refundable. Ad spend paid to third-party platforms is non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for detailed terms.
5. Client Responsibilities -
Clients agree to: Provide necessary content, branding materials, and information on time. Review and approve deliverables promptly. Ensure their business complies with applicable laws. Maintain access to required accounts (hosting, ad platforms, domains, etc.).Delays caused by the client may affect timelines.
6. Timelines -
Estimated timelines are provided based on: Project complexity, Client responsiveness, Content availability. Delays in communication, approvals, or payments may extend timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services or platforms.
7. Intellectual Property Upon Full Payment: The client receives rights to the final approved website or deliverables. Any custom design or development created specifically for the client becomes their property (unless otherwise agreed). However: Vikram Sansaniwal retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, or internal systems remain the intellectual property of Vikram Sansaniwal.
8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms -
Projects may involve third-party services such as: Hosting providers, Domain registrars, Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) Google Ads Payment gateways, CRM software. We are not responsible for: Platform outages, Policy violations by the client. Account suspensions, Changes in platform algorithms, Clients are responsible for complying with platform policies.
9. No Guaranteed Results -
Digital marketing and advertising performance depend on multiple external factors. While best practices and strategies are implemented: No specific revenue, ranking, or lead guarantees are provided unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement .Results may vary depending on market conditions, competition, budget, and business model.
10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vikram Sansaniwal shall not be liable for: Loss of revenue, Business interruption, Data loss Indirect or consequential damages, Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
11. Termination of ServicesEither party may terminate services with written notice.In case of termination:Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered upon full payment.Any outstanding dues must be cleared immediately.
12. Confidentiality - Any confidential business information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
13. Governing Law - These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Chandigarh, India].
14. Changes to Terms - We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
